At Reverse Plus Aesthetics, no technology is the starting point. Each modality in our practice was selected for its precision, its evidence base, and its compatibility with the Celresque™ method. What follows is a working reference — what each technology is, what it addresses, and who it may be appropriate for.
The same technology, applied without the right foundation, in the wrong sequence, on an unprepared skin, will produce a different result. The instrument does not determine the outcome. The methodology does.
Each technology below is used within a designed protocol — selected and sequenced according to your skin's condition and your protocol phase. None are offered in isolation without clinical context.
Radiofrequency energy delivered through fine microneedles directly into the dermis. The needles create controlled micro-channels while simultaneously delivering RF heat to the deeper layers — triggering the skin's natural wound-healing and collagen-synthesis response at the dermal level.
What It TreatsLoss of skin firmness and elasticity. Fine lines and wrinkles. Enlarged pores. Uneven skin texture. Mild to moderate skin laxity on the face, neck, and body. Post-acne scarring and surface irregularities.
Who It May SuitClients seeking dermal stimulation and textural improvement without significant downtime. Suitable for most skin types. Often incorporated into multi-phase Celresque™ face and neck protocols.
Focused ultrasound energy delivered precisely to the SMAS layer — the foundational structural tissue beneath the dermis, the same layer addressed in surgical facelifts. The thermal coagulation points created at this depth trigger a lifting and tightening response in the structural tissue over the weeks following treatment.
What It TreatsFacial laxity and descent. Jowling and loss of jawline definition. Brow heaviness. Neck laxity and banding. Decollete crepiness. Loss of facial contour in the mid and lower face.
Who It May SuitClients with mild to moderate structural laxity seeking non-surgical lifting at the foundational level. Most effective when skin quality has been prepared and barrier integrity is established. Incorporated into Celresque™ Face & Neck protocols at the structural activation phase.
Radiofrequency energy delivered to the dermal and subdermal layers to heat tissue uniformly. The controlled thermal response stimulates collagen contraction and new collagen synthesis — producing a tightening and remodeling effect in both facial and body tissue over time.
What It TreatsSkin laxity on the face, neck, jawline, abdomen, arms, thighs, and flanks. Post-weight-loss tissue looseness. General skin quality decline and early-to-moderate descent.
Who It May SuitClients seeking progressive tightening and tissue quality improvement without ablation or downtime. Suitable for face and body applications. Used in both Celresque™ Face & Neck and Body Remodeling protocols.
Controlled laser energy delivered to the skin surface and upper dermis to stimulate resurfacing. Depending on the modality and settings selected, laser rejuvenation can target surface irregularities, stimulate collagen remodeling, and improve overall skin quality and tone.
What It TreatsSurface texture irregularities. Uneven skin tone and dullness. Fine lines and early wrinkling. Post-acne marks and mild scarring. Sun-damaged skin and general skin quality decline.
Who It May SuitClients seeking surface-level correction and skin quality improvement. Best suited when barrier integrity is established and skin has been appropriately prepared. Not recommended for active inflammatory conditions without prior barrier work.
Broad-spectrum light energy delivered to target specific chromophores in the skin — melanin for pigmentation concerns, and oxyhemoglobin for vascular concerns. The light is absorbed selectively, allowing targeted correction without affecting surrounding tissue when applied correctly.
What It TreatsTwo focused applications: (1) Pigmentation — hyperpigmentation, sun damage, melasma, age spots, and uneven tone. (2) Vascular — redness, rosacea, broken capillaries, spider veins, and diffuse facial redness.
Who It May SuitClients with distinct pigmentation or vascular concerns on a stable, non-reactive skin. Requires barrier integrity and the absence of active inflammatory conditions. Contraindicated for active tanning or very dark skin tones without specialist assessment.
Cold atmospheric plasma delivers a controlled stream of ionized gas that interacts with the skin's surface to stimulate cellular regeneration, support barrier repair, and create an antimicrobial environment. It operates at near-body temperature, making it suitable for sensitive skin conditions and scalp applications.
What It TreatsCompromised skin barrier. Post-treatment recovery and calming. Inflammatory skin conditions where stimulation is contraindicated. Scalp health — follicular environment support, scalp inflammation, and tissue preparation ahead of regenerative scalp protocols.
Who It May SuitClients with sensitive or reactive skin requiring regenerative support without thermal stimulation. Used in barrier preparation phases and as a supportive modality in Celresque™ Hair & Scalp Regeneration protocols.
A concentration of the client's own platelets, separated from whole blood and prepared for clinical application. Platelets contain growth factors that communicate directly with the skin's repair mechanisms — stimulating cell proliferation, collagen production, and tissue regeneration when introduced at the right depth and in the right context.
What It TreatsSkin laxity and collagen loss requiring cellular-level regeneration. Post-treatment recovery acceleration. Scalp health and follicular support in hair regeneration protocols. Fine lines and overall skin quality decline.
Who It May SuitClients who are appropriate candidates for autologous growth factor therapy. Used in combination with RF Microneedling and within Celresque™ Hair & Scalp Regeneration protocols. Requires a blood draw — medical history screening applies.
High-intensity focused electromagnetic energy delivered to induce supramaximal muscle contractions — contractions beyond what voluntary exercise can produce. The physiological response includes muscle fiber remodeling, fat metabolism in the treatment area, and improvement in muscle tone and definition.
What It TreatsLoss of muscle tone and definition in the abdomen, buttocks, arms, and thighs. Body remodeling where fat reduction alone is insufficient. Post-partum abdominal separation (diastasis recti). Body contouring where structural definition is the goal.
Who It May SuitClients seeking body composition improvement and muscle definition as part of a structured body remodeling protocol. Used within Celresque™ Body Remodeling programs, typically in combination with RF and other tissue modalities. Not suitable as a standalone weight-loss treatment.
The modalities described here are tools — selected and sequenced within a designed protocol based on your skin's specific condition, your goals, and your protocol phase. Each Celresque™ program is built through consultation. No technology is applied without clinical context.
