Everything you need to know before your first appointment — and after.
The Discovery Consultation is the first appointment at Reverse Plus Aesthetics. It includes a private 1:1 with Yossra Zaky, VISIA AI Skin Analysis, a barrier and skin condition assessment, and a protocol framework designed around your skin. It is not a sales consultation. You leave with a clear picture of your skin and a plan — the decision to proceed is entirely yours.
The consultation is included with the VISIA AI Skin Analysis appointment, available as a standalone service. Its cost is fully deducted from any Celresque™ protocol or package booked on the same day or within 24 hours of your appointment.
Plan for approximately 60 minutes. The imaging and clinical assessment are thorough — we do not rush the consultation.
No. The Discovery Bar is designed for anyone who wants to understand their skin before deciding on a path — whether you have never had a professional treatment or have had many. The assessment starts from your current condition, not your history.
Celresque™ is a proprietary non-surgical regenerative protocol created by Yossra Zaky. It is not a single treatment or a device — it is a cause-based, multi-phase clinical method designed to restore structural support, cellular communication, and skin function over time. It is available exclusively at Reverse Plus Aesthetics.
Celresque™ pricing is determined individually during consultation and is never published publicly. The protocol is designed from your specific skin condition and goals — pricing reflects that individuality. All Celresque™ pricing is disclosed in your Discovery Consultation.
The number of sessions is determined through consultation based on your skin's condition and the program you are undertaking. We do not offer standard packages — your protocol is designed specifically for you, with a defined arc and evaluation checkpoints built in.
No. Celresque™ is delivered exclusively through Reverse Plus Aesthetics. The protocol, methodology, and sequence are proprietary to Yossra Zaky and practiced only at this clinic.
Reverse Plus Aesthetics offers the full Celresque™ protocol programs (Face & Neck Rejuvenation, Hair & Scalp Regeneration, Body Remodeling, Cellulite Remodeling), advanced skin technologies (RF Microneedling, HIFU, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Rejuvenation, IPL), concern-based treatments (under-eye, jawline, pigmentation, acne, vascular), Hair Restoration, and Laser Hair Removal. All services are available through consultation.
Both. Individual services are available as standalone appointments — RF Microneedling, HIFU, laser, IPL, and others. However, all services are most effective when delivered within a designed protocol. Your Discovery Consultation will determine whether a standalone treatment or a full Celresque™ program is most appropriate for your goals.
Yes. Reverse Plus Aesthetics treats both men and women. All Celresque™ programs and standalone services are available regardless of gender.
It is a cause-based, assessment-led scalp regeneration protocol using HD Scalp Screening, microneedling, cold plasma, PRP, and growth factor support — selected per assessment findings. It is a structured series with standardized progress photography and a defined maintenance phase.
We do not diagnose or treat medical hair loss conditions. We address scalp health — the tissue conditions that support or inhibit the hair growth cycle. If you are experiencing significant or sudden hair loss, we recommend evaluation by a dermatologist or physician before beginning a regenerative scalp protocol.
Yes. Every Hair & Scalp protocol begins with HD Scalp Camera Screening — an assessment of follicular density, scalp condition, sebum accumulation, and inflammation indicators. No recommendation is made before the assessment is complete.
All appointments are booked through the online booking system at reverseplusaesthetics.com/book-now. Walk-ins are welcome at the Discovery Bar during clinic hours, subject to availability.
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or the session being counted toward a package. To cancel or reschedule, use the booking link or call/text 516-421-9033.
Deposit requirements vary by service. Details are provided at the time of booking through the Boulevard scheduling system.
Yes. The Discovery Bar carries a curated selection of professional-grade skincare organized around the five phases of skin health: Purify, Awaken, Regenerate, Preserve, and Protect. Product recommendations are made based on your skin's condition — it is never a standard kit.
Products are available at the Discovery Bar. For protocol-matched homecare — products selected specifically for your skin's condition — a consultation is recommended first.
We carry Nelly De Vuyst and Méthode Physiodermie — professional-grade skincare lines selected for their compatibility with the Celresque™ method and clinical efficacy. Product availability is disclosed in your consultation and at the Discovery Bar.
Reverse Plus Aesthetics is located at 337 Main Street, Suite 501, Farmingdale, New York 11735 — inside Salon Culture Suites.
Monday through Friday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last appointment at 3:30 PM). Saturday: limited availability. Sunday: closed. All appointments are by booking only.
Free parking is available behind the building. Head-in parking only. Free until 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM: $0.75/hour meter parking.
The building is secure and appointment-only. Use the intercom at the entrance to call the clinic — a team member will unlock the door. Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
